I think I found a bug. What should I include?

The more we know, the faster we can fix it. When you email, include: your iPhone model, your iOS version, what you were doing when it happened, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot or short screen recording is gold.

If the app crashed, iOS stores a crash report. Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. Scroll for "ProdApp15min" or "Pact" and attach the most recent file.

My receipts or streak disappeared.

Pact stores your receipts and session history locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, restored the phone from a backup, or moved to a new phone, local data may not have carried over. We are working on iCloud sync; for now, treat local data as device-bound.

If your data vanished without any of the above happening, email us with your device and iOS version and roughly when the data was last visible. That is a bug and we want to know about it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not inside Pact. On iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Pact > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds go through Apple as well. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Pact purchase, and request a refund.

I have a feature idea.

Send it. Pact is early enough that feature requests from real users actually steer the roadmap. Put "Feature idea" in the subject line. Tell us what you want to do, why, and what currently gets in the way. No formal format required.

Press, partnerships, anything else?

Same email. Put "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line and we will route it.
